KA121 – Mobility of Accredited Organisations ✅

KA121 provides accredited educational institutions with the opportunity to carry out regular learning and teaching mobilities for their staff and students.

Country of origin: Germany
Institution: Berufliches Schulzentrum Dresden für Elektrotechnik
Participants: 6 teachers (from the fields of Computer Science and Technology)
Duration: 7 days (5 training days + 2 travel days)
Course: “Introduction to Python Programming – Intensive Course”
Location: Atelier04, Vienna

Objective: The teachers aim to learn the fundamentals of Python to make their programming lessons more modern.

Story: Frau Schneider, an IT teacher from Dresden, had long wanted to refresh her coding knowledge. Together with her colleagues, she travels to Vienna and learns to write small Python programs in the creative atmosphere of Atelier04. On the final day, they proudly present their mini project — a simple calculator application — over a cup of coffee.

KA121 – Mobility of Accredited Organisations ✅
KA122 – Short Project for Non-Accredited Institutions

KA122 is designed for institutions without Erasmus accreditation to gain their first experience in international mobility.

Course: “Adobe Photoshop Fundamentals – Visual Editing and Retouching”
Location: Atelier04, Vienna

Objective: The teachers aim to learn how to prepare visual materials for adult education in a more professional way.

Story: Mrs. Yılmaz, who organizes sewing and handicraft courses in Ankara, wanted to digitalize her lessons. At Atelier04 in Vienna, she discovers methods of photo editing and poster design. Together with her colleagues, she creates a colorful course poster for their own center — inspired by the vibrant colors of Vienna.

KA122 – Short Project for Non-Accredited Institutions
KA131 – Higher Education Mobility within the EU

KA131 supports exchange programs for academic staff and students among European universities (institutions holding an ECHE).

Participants: 5 faculty members (Faculty of Computer Science)
Duration: 10 days (8 training days + 2 travel days)
Course: “Data Analysis with Python & Pandas – Basic Level”
Location: Atelier04, Vienna

Objective: The academics aim to acquire practical data analysis skills to apply in their research projects.

Story: Dr. Kowalski is working on a research project focused on climate data analysis. In Vienna, together with his colleagues, he discovers the power of the Pandas library. Every evening, they stroll through the Naschmarkt, discussing their datasets — Vienna offers them not only knowledge, but also new friendships.

KA131 – Higher Education Mobility within the EU
KA171 – Higher Education Mobility with Non-EU Countries

KA171 promotes exchange in teaching and training between higher education institutions within the EU and universities in non-EU countries.

Course: “Artificial Intelligence in Everyday Life – Tools and Programming”
Location: Atelier04, Vienna

Objective: The participants learn to use artificial intelligence and OpenAI tools in education and research.

Story: Professor Nino and her team visit Vienna for the first time. They are fascinated by how AI can transform learning processes. After a week at Atelier04, they develop small chatbots together and discuss how students in Georgia can benefit from these technologies.

KA171 – Higher Education Mobility with Non-EU Countries
KA182 – Sports Sector (Staff Training)

KA182 offers professionals working in the sports sector the opportunity to exchange training and experience across Europe.

Course: “Automation with Python – Digital Tools in Club Management”
Location: Atelier04, Vienna

Objective: Sports clubs learn how to automate data collection and reporting processes.

Story: Coach Miguel loves sports but hates spreadsheets! In Vienna, he learns how to use Python to develop small tools that automatically analyze training data. On the final day, he laughs and says: “Now I only run on the field — not after Excel sheets!”
